Mr Joe Montana as Integrated Producer for 2 motion graphics executions for Juniper Networks with partner agency Swirl / McGarryBowen.
Juniper Networks and their agency partner Swirl / McGarryBowen needed help to articulate complex network infrastructure concepts in a simple, easy to understand motion graphics video for IT professionals. The provided concept boards for this video were stark black and white compositions using vector shapes and motion elements to convey advanced technical concepts. With that in mind, our lead motion graphics artist took the artwork from mood boards and brought them into a variety of particle systems + plugins for After Effects. This approach helped us honor the project’s limited timeline and budgetary considerations. As Integrated Producer, I tracked budget, timeline, and client reviews, as well as managed internal project progress in tandem with our Creative Lead.

For our next project, we were prompted to lead efforts for defining design language and motion elements after we received the script. I worked with our Creative Lead & Senior Motion VFX Artist to define each element while addressing budgetary and timing considerations. I also coordinated a voice talent casting that aligned with our target demo. I then booked an entire day in the sound booth at MFD with Joel Raabe to perfect message and delivery.
On time and under budget, this particular project has been a viral success for the client’s Youtube channel (300k+ views), and has also become our studio's magnum opus for rapid delivery motion graphics, CG, and particle driven projects.
